What We Do
Our goal is facilitate the act of giving and receiving donations of warm clothing to those in need. We do so by making it easy for donors to gift such items to communities they would like to support and by streamlining the process for organizations to obtain donations of fresh clean warm clothes.
The Problem
Socks are the #1 most requested item by America's Homeless
We change our socks daily, but the less fortunate do not have this luxury. Bacteria builds in shoes and socks are what protect us, but this only works when socks are changed regularly. Seeing as how homeless people don't have the means to wash their clothes they necessitate more socks than the average person yet they often just own one pair.

HOW IT WORKS
Donation Givers
STEP 1
Select the organization you would like to donate to. If not in our database, choose the "Donate to an organization of your choosing" option to manually enter their shipping address.
STEP 2
Select the items you would like to donate to that organization. Whether you choose to give socks or donate warm clothing: add those items to your cart and checkout.
STEP 3
Once your order is placed your donation will be sent to the organization you've selected with a note indicating that the donation was made by you.

How can I Help?
There are several ways you can help:
- You can contribute to the sock drive by donating socks through a purchase on this webpage.
- You can buy socks locally and donate them yourself to a homeless person in need of them.
- You can help by telling your friends about the sock drive and promoting it on social media. Bringing awareness to the fact that this is an ongoing issue in our communities is a key component of socks drives.
What is a Sock Drive?
A sock drive is an event assembled for the purpose of collecting new socks to be donated to the distributed to those in need within a local community. Similar to how a toy drive or a canned food drive works, except it's for socks.
